Sharraxaadda
Route 9 in Albany, for the 1/2 mile from Northern Blvd north to the city line, is not safe to bike on due to the high-speed traffic and a too-narrow shoulder. Is there any chance a bike/ped lane could be built on the empty land that runs between the curb and the golf course? I know money's tight but I don't think it'd involve much more than moving a few signs and putting down some blacktop.
