Description

Regarding the issue of the homeless guy at the bus stop we have already discussed the public nuisance and bio hazard factor.
If it is apparent that this man needs help, his behavior exhibits severe mental illness.
On more than one occasion I have observed him lying on the ground and shaking his arms and legs in the air almost like a seizure.
I really believe that he made a full physical and mental health evaluation.
He needs to be in a different environment not a bus stop.
Please remove him ASAP for his own good and the greater good of our community.
