This silver ford pickup truck without license plates is always parked in front of 85 Harlem Ave in the evening after work. In the daytime when the truck isn't there, the road has a puddle of leaked fluids from the truck. This is environmental pollution. Unsafe for cars and pedestrians traveling on a slick surface. Also unsafe for animals and people to come in contact.
