Inspection on 8/29/18 shows 1 (one) 12" Maple leaning against fence and over property. Maple is not within the Forest Conservation Easement. Also observed is a dead 8" Pine within the FCE that should be taken down. See e-mail below to HOA Rep.
Aje,
An inspection on 8/29/18, at the rear of 8213 Cornerstone Way, did reveal a 12” Silver Maple leaning against a fence and over private property. This tree is located solely on private property and not within the Forest Conservation Easement and may be addressed at your discretion. This tree was unnecessarily marked with orange paint. However, a dead 8” Pine was also observed adjacent to this address and is within the Forest Conservation Easement. The dead 8” Pine may be cut down.
The homeowner was home during the inspection and was informed of my observations.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,
Sean Poholsky
