Issues pertaining to this overgrowth have been referred back to the HOA in the past. The trouble is, this overgrowth is not from a property belonging to a resident. It is from a private landowner/developer. The sidewalk (county) is becoming impassable, especially for wheelchairs and walkers.

It should not matter in the slightest, whether the lots are owned by an individual or corporation, nor whether resident or absent land owner. Code is code - let's hold Medallion to the same standard as other homeowners.

I noted yesterday, that the grass along the sidewalks appear to have been trimmed.Thank you. This will of course, have to be done every few weeks or so.
