Description

There is a bunch of very thin metal wires that are caught up in the utility wires above and hanging down towards the sidewalk in front of the strip mall at 420 Franklin Street (TD Bank, Big Pantry). They are a safety issue as they can & have hit people when they are walking. Please remove these wires. Thank you. Photo is included.
