As of 22:00 on Sunday, 9/02/2018, the Maxwell Park bathrooms were unlocked after designated hours, an hour after park closing time, once again in violation of the Oakland Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission Designation of Park Hours (10/17/2012):

THIS IS THE SECOND NIGHT IN A ROW THAT THE BATHROOM DOORS HAVE REMAINED UNLOCKED AFTER HOURS. The ordinance violation of designated park hours by OPR has occurred, at a minimum, 41 TIMES THIS YEAR (16.7%).
