I was on Capital Blvd traveling SB into downtown this morning (9/21/18) at 6:13AM. There were no vehicles on Hodges Street and the Capital Blvd greens began changing to yellow. When do you expect this to have this looked at and/or fixed? There's a lot of Traffic on Capital Blvd. that's having to unnecessarily stop for no one. It's been 2 weeks since I first reported this. A real reply other than a token automated response would be appreciated.
