APN # 12-959-49. Mostly at eastern end of this frontage, but all along both frontages of Market St. (110 ft) & W MacArthur Blvd (130 ft). A contributor to the blighted character of this corridor. See circled area in attached 9/8/2018 photo of W. MacArthur frontage.
