Description

A tree in the back left corner of the parking lot at the end of Norfolk Street (dead end near DPW) has dead branches that pose threats to public safety. One big broken off branch is dangling right above the fence and could fall any moment and hit a car or person. The other dead branch overhangs our backyard (329 Norfolk) and could damage life/property if it breaks off and falls.
