Unoccupied house had a few different squatters periodically using the house; some for drug activity.

This problem was brought to the attention of the City. Code Enforcement, Albany Police Department , Fire Department, Water Department and National Grid already came. The house was boarded up to end the squatting. Since this just recently happened, I am updating everyone of the situation here formally so to keep your eyes open so this does not occur again.

Here is an issue I saw that needed to be resolved. I went through the proper channels to make that happen, and about 30 days later it was resolved by being boarded up (which recently happened). Boarding it up front and back helped eliminate an accidental fire, that would have effected families on either side of the property. Safety of our residents is my priority.
