8/1/2010 no paper trying to call from 7 A M.all i get is a busy signal what gives

Not acceptable! Can we all assume that we will not have to pay for a Sunday paper we can't get until Monday???

We lived on South Lake for a year and ended up cancelling our subscription to The Record due to inconsistant deliveries. Customer service is not there on the weekends, so there is no way to let them know. The Record has contracted with an outside company to do some of their deliveries. I'm not sure if this route is one of those that was contracted to an outside vendor. If so, looks like the technical difficulties may be with the vendor rather than The Record (although since The Record contracted the vendor, I guess ultimate responsibility is on them).

Last Sunday there was no magazine section delivered this week no paper at all Phone busy all morning what a joke, Times Union here I come.Elizabeth Ryan 38 Brian Ct Troy 12182

With all these complaints maybe the Record will see how stupid See Click Fix is. Maybe they'll write a story based solely on these anonymous comments. There's an idea.

Gee, vote stealer, seems you are the only individual who made a comment anonymously. I'm well known for my online name and the other 3 individuals that commented all included their names. Those that chose to ask to have this fixed without commenting are indicating that they too have had an issue with delivery yet didn't feel it necessary to comment. Now, vote stealer, if indeed you feel that See Click Fix is stupid, why are you reading the comments then participating?

Thank you Wilson for your support. I only state the obvious. See Click Fix has become a valuable tool for the citizenry of Troy willing to use it as such. There is a process to getting things done and See Click Fix helps to speed that process along. Issues will be taken care of when the "powers that be" are aware of their importance to their constiuents. This venue offers us to actively participate in the process for the betterment of our neighborhoods.
