This is a lot that is owned by the contractor he was asked to clean it up by the neighbor's.
There is a very bad issue with that RATS running around this area in question.
The neighbor's believe he can help by keeping the lot clean please send Inspector A.S.A.P.
Health Department Sanitation Department as well As Department of Public Works were called. They will be baiting the sewers in the area. The owners have contacted their own Exterminator as well. The issue is BAD.
