Is there a permit for this work done on public ROW?

If the ROW is used for parking, it will become a junk yard for old cars and equipment. The ROW should be replanted with native firs and cedars to protect the environment.

I oppose private use or private development of public property and urge the City to protect and enforce public interests. Any person destroying native vegetation that is public should be required to restore it.
