Resolution summary: No potholes found

The crew didn't even get out of the trucks. They drove right past the damn thing as I watched them. Two of the trucks even hit the pothole by the driveway. Did you even read the service request? The address guven was 719 Hawthorne St BUT stated to go around corner to DRIVEWAY side of residence which is where thenpothole is located.

Must have been the 1.5 hours they sat on Hawthorne north of my residence that got them confused.

They sat north of my residence for 1.5 hours as Inwatched them. They never got out of the trucks. The request said to drive around the corner and thenoothole would benlocated in front of the driveway. Teo of the 4 trucks hit thenpothole as I watched them leave. Please reopen and repair
