people keep parking in front of this drain on Scott Avenue literally across from the parking garage because it is unpainted even though it is technically part of the Loading Zone and should be painted YELLOW to match the curb on both sides of it people argue when we tell them they are not allowed to park there they play the unpainted card on me and this needs to be fixed and also Patrolled more often by Tucson Police officers who can actually give these people tickets for the crime they are committing
