Pickup truck and trailer in tandem has been parked over 48 hours on the date of this writing. Truck and trailer is parked at a very precarious place on a very narrow single lane street making it difficult for residents and through traffic to maneuver around it. Parking is at a premium in this Millsmont neighborhood and this vehicle is taking up two valuable parking spaces.
