Description

The sidewalk to Severna Park Elementary is so encroached by a homeowner's trees and bushes, leaving 6 inches for children to walk through on a sidewalk to get to school. This is a serious danger. Children may be forced to step on to the street, directly into oncoming traffic. This area is not pedestrian friendly for children walkers.
