Description

At La Salle Avenue, leading up to the bridge over Hwy 13 (west side of the highway), the pavement is failing. The street has settled several inches below the bridge at the point where they connect. In addition, the pavement has begun to crumble. If the street fails, the bridge becomes unusable.
