Deskripsyon

The intersection of Market and Kerr Avenue sees heavy foot AND car traffic. Lesser intersections (such as those at Forest Hills) are given cross walks and pedestrian crossing lights... why not this intersection? It is common to see folks crossing loaded down with grocery bags and in wheelchairs. It is a danger zone.

what's more frustrating is you see people at the intersections WITH pedestrian crossings lights that ignore them and cross diagonally through the intersection or walk when it says not to or walk 100 feet down the road and cross there...spend money at the intersections for people and they don't use them...
