RESIDENT CLAIMS THE TREE IS TRIMMED EACH YEAR BY GAS AND ELECTRIC BUT THE TREE RUNS THROUGH WIRES AND IS BECOMING DEAD AND IS LIFTING UP AND CRACKING SIDEWALK AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
