When are bollard or concrete barriers gonna be installed? Drivers cannot be trusted to follow the law, despite the ample space being provided for them to stop and park.

Update: The car in front of 101 Main has now moved into the Loading Zone. This is another ongoing issue with people parked in the loading zones when they are not utilizing it for its purpose.
