There is constant littering along baltimore annapolis blvd, mainly (and down bertram drive). Not only do I request a cleanup of it, but I am also curious if a trash container can be set out roadside for the trashy people of glen burnie to hopefully dispose their waste into, instead of over everyone else's property. Is tmit possible to have a waste receptacle set up? Thank you
