I can't agine How the heros of DPW whom diligently and mostly ,respectfully attend to trash pick up a block away on route to wood street and NOT SEE IT AND MANAGE THAT. It has been their usual practice to emeadiatly manage the dump overages that happen in a timely matter. Perhaps they we're waiting to see if some scrapper was going to get their scaps worth of pennies or were fearful of it being a home (as if) to some of the lesser than less fortunate people Curbed. ? That would be a news slam if true, but then sabotage and political interest groups may be using it .
Maybe .it's a plant? I'll put my EBT candy bars on that call . A dummy RV to be ever watchful of the possible misdeeds of others upon less fortunate. Who would think that a screwed up RV was assisting in catching culprets in a dump zone.
Ha! Bet you a Snickers.
