说明
Blue Dodge pick up truck with attached trailer, appears individuals sleeping/lodging On public street (4800-5000 block Calaveras). I’m sure there are laws against illegal lodging/camping. This attracts illegal dumpers and said pick up and trailer are taking up multiple parking spots and has not moved in several days. Please ask to move truck and then to possibly set up camp in other areas of the city where this activity is sanctioned.
Once you allow one person to set up shop, others will follow suit like I said, it attracts illegal dumpers and other illicit activities.
