  I agree, that on Avenal from Bancroft to Havenscourt the street is very bad.

  Reports at the last Rainbow NCPC meeting in Sept stated Avenal is scheduled for repaving & upgrades that include round-a-bouts and speed bumps.

  I managed the Avenal Project and sadly it will not include pavement.

  Well that sucks! Sorry for the misinformation. Amidst all the descriptive info provided, I guess I assumed paving was included. I totally agree with the need for repaving.
