Tuesday, Oct 16 at 8:53am - Two people including this woman (caught on Ring doorbell cam) parked their car (black sedan) in the middle of W McKinney St almost at Stanford. Formed a single lane where she could stop all cars and ask for a handout. She held an empty gas can in her hand. She then left her accomplice to continue the traffic stop while she went door to door asking for money. She asked us if she could come in our home!! We sent her away. Throughout the morning and up and through @2:00pm they left and setup the scene at least 3 times. Should this be reported to the police?
