Yellow/white detached garage - in front of garage is a small green sedan that is backed-into the parking spot. The sedan either lacks a tag or is inoperable. Potted plants were placed in front of the vehicle months ago. It is obvious the vehicle has not been moved.as the pots have not been moved. This is clearly visible from the road.
