Ferndale needs to install a barrier and no parking signs from Orchard to the side walk to Martin Road Park. The baseball players use the side walk, across from a playground where kids constantly play, as a drive way and park on the grass. This is a HUGE safety hazard to children playing and those using the sidewalk.
