I find it hard to believe that you actually went down to Lamberton to check. It seems that you are trying to discourage people who are buying very cheap houses and fixing them up. As a real estate agent for H. Pearce, buyers realizing great deals for $30,000 instead of one of your overpriced condos for $400,000 is not good for business. I question your ethics, and would like to know if you were actually physically there. This website is a useful problem solving tool, and not an opportunity for you to parrot hatred. Blockbusting is a federal crime!

I have been calling different agencies enlisting support and currently things are happening. I am not at liberty to discuss. But we are making progress...

i also had complained about Laydon, few months ago i was driving home and they were crushing rocks at 10:30pm, they must of lost there minds. I was surprised that the house right next to the bridge did not call the city about this issue. I would had a lawyer. They are suppose to have a meeting with neighbors on what is moving in, 300 ft is the max of the job site. If the neighbor that lives right next door did not recieve a notice, they should lt zoning know. I fought with Waste Metal Management and they put up the wooden wall. Just keep fighting, Laydon is renting the land from Metal Management, and they did not tell they about the resident having problems with them in the passed (Metal Management). Why can't Metal Management move back to Middletown Ave, thats where they have there other half. John needs to step in, its making the enviroment not safe and the noise is out of control, my house shakes, they just don't care...
It's all about the money, its an eye sore to the community and now they added on, are they kidding. Something has to be done soon. I personally hiring a lawyer and monitoring the trembles in the house, someone will pay.

Oh yeh almost forgot they stated Laydon that they had been there for three years.. NOT they started a few months ago, they are trying to say no one complained before.

Laydon Construction / Metal Management. We the community was not notified of the new site that opened in April. I live 100 ft away from this site and ther's dust all on my windows, I have to keep the windows shut on the side of the business. I know this is not going to be good for my health, I am breathing this dust and the City of New Haven Zoning is not doing nothing. I have to get a lawyer to a dress this issue. I am not the only one ther is four other residents that also complained Ella Grasso Blvd/Lamberton St New Haven,CT

To Tina, Mrs Salton is trying to sell homes, unfortunately she has to sell four homes to get the commission that she use to get five years ago with one home. I feel sorry for her, bad time to be in real estate you really have to work it now. Still I agree with Mrs Martson the air is bad, I live here not Mrs Real Estate

Improvements to dust control and sound barrier walls have been made. I have received no further complaints from neighbors. Should operations on the site become a dangerous nuisance again, the issue can be reopened
