They left, but from what I heard them saying 3 inches away from my window is that “we’ve been parking here all day and it’s fine to come back”. So I assume they’ll be back.

Next time, just call the police directly and have them towed and ticketed. I had to do that when someone parked his car in front of my garage and blocked in both my family’s car and my tenant’s. And this was after asking them not to on a prior occasion.
