Again, there is another illegal rental at 633 Avenida de Mayo. This person continually rents out her home while knowing it is illegal. Our neighborhood is not a hotel zone and heard she is a local realtor and she does not adhere to the rules and regulations of the RSF rules? I call that unethical! Code Enforcement must shut her and others in our Sarasota Beach area down. This is a travesty. Please Sarasota County government stop making our beautiful neighborhood a hotel zone. Thank you.
