I have watched these people and they seem to just not care about park on ng illegally.

No vehicles found this morning, so I will check back when the restuarant opens. I have spoked to City code enforcement because the sidewalk parking is done by customers of the restuarant. I asked if the hazard they created could/would effect their business license, no answer yet.
