The traffic light to turn onto western off of campus access road does not turn green on various and intermittent occasions. In my experience it happens to me on Wednesdays after 8 PM, and may or may not have something to do with traffic coming Daytona, triggering other lights.
Last night I timed it: the light stayed red on campus access road for 8 minutes and 23 seconds, before I was given the green. On previous occurrences I've had to run the red light.
