I am not an A-hole. We all have to live by the same rules. Sounds like you got away with something for a long time and think you are immune from following the same set of standards laid down for the other 240,000 people in St. Pete. I am not saying you are an A-hole, but there may be good reason to think the other 239,000 Plus feel you think you are in the wrong.

Where is it written that a fence must be provided to enclose the RV. I can find nothing in the regulations making this a requirement. Explain to me what about the parking of this RV is an eyesore to any of my neighbors. Do you even live in the neighborhood. I spend a great time of time keeping my property in good condition . There are compliance officials paid to find violations, what gives you the right to go around and create problems where none have existed. I am sure if you ask to other 239000 in tbis city they have no issue with how this RV is parked. For the record it has been inspected in the past with no citation being issued.

It's back. I remember when I had problems with my boat that if I had a repeat offense for the same thing it resulted in fines, etc. Not wanting fines here, but when the rest of us have to follow the law, I'm not sure why some get to flout it. Us Burgers like fairness, equity and cool neighbors who follow the rules.

I had to screen my travel trailer even though it was legally parked, the City gave me 5 days to fix it. The city does NOT have compliance officials paid to find violations. They only have compliance officials that follow up on the complaints made by our neighbors. This is a flawed system that needs to be changed. Sorry, for now you have to follow the rules just like the rest of us.

Thanks for all of your wonerful comments about how i must follow the law like everyone else. Code compliance found no issue as the rv is properly parked on my property.
