Between Chapman St and E Seventh St. Once again a homeless encampment is on the rise, this time with and old RV parked next to it! This are is been cleaned couple times before but the homeless ignore the eviction notices that were post on the walls. Hopefully one day the city finds a way to completely eradicate this problem!
