Description

Illegal chop shops with of hundreds of stolen bikes operating in open sight. BART pillar is structurally cracking due to a homeless encampment fire a few days ago. The bike pathway is actively blocked by hundred feet cable which they are using to hack the city’s electricity from the light posts.
