Sabine...I have notified the Meadows in person and in writing in the past to no avail. If they simply would add a line to their landscape contract making this job a part of their landscapers' responsibility, we might not have this problem. Too bad this landlord is not attentive. They should prune back the offending plant material HARD. Then they wouldn't have to worry about it for six to twelve months. The Meadows FINALLY pruned the NW corner of their property HARD. But did not do so on the remaining plants encroaching the side wall. Why not? Is it really so hard to do the job correctly and keep walkers and riders safe? Save yourself and the city time and expense?

Someone has been doing some impromptu pruning, leaving sharp ended branches. The berries are face high to an average height man.
