This was reported in May. The comment from the City says check back for status updates. Where are they? What is the update? Is the road scheduled to be repaired or not? How do we find out?

Again, this was reported in May of 2013. It is now February of 2014 and NO CHANGES or any additional information has been provided. This application allows for reporting all of these issues and all we ever here from the City of Surrey is that it is acknowledged. There is never a response as to what is going to be done to resolve the problem, whether the City feels it is an issue, or when a resolution may actually be completed.... an example is NO ONE replied to my last comment!!
