The "lamp hole" on the property 40 Westwood Court is spilling/overflowing raw, toxic sewage onto its property. It seems this has been occurring for at least through the night! Thousands of gallons of raw, toxic sewage has flowed overland and through the lands of multiple properties and run down to the public way (Westwood Court). The flow of raw, toxic sewage has soaked personal possessions and unfinished landscape project materials - causing great disruption and washing them down the driveway and Westwood Court. The flow of raw, toxic sewage also flowed on the steps and walkways of private residences causing slip hazards.
