Does anybody know if there are any plans to fix up the old building where they used to have the Flea Market on Mohawk St. in Cohoes?

The building still looks like it's structurally in decent shape, and I think it would make a great apartment building, like what they've done with Harmony Mills.

Or maybe even turn it into some kind of stores or museums or something.

It would be ashame to let such a historic building crumble like so many other ones in this city.
