This has been an issue for several months.

I wonder if this is the trash gathered during the creek cleanup hosted by Pelagic Bar. We left the trash on the sidewalk up against the fence on the north side of Glascock right over the creek. In this case it's not running off from anywhere. There's supposed to be an agreement with the city to collect the trash we leave during the cleanup. It took weeks for them to pick it up last time too.

Alex, it does appear some of the trash is from the creek cleanup hosted by Pelagic (there are tires, multiple bags of trash). It is still there as of this morning and really looks terrible. I hope the city will address this ASAP.

Stacy, someone also mentioned this trash on Nextdoor, and sent a message to Pelagic asking them to bug their contacts at the city about the problem. Pelagic at least is aware of it, and I hope by now they've made the city aware of it too.
