Engineering has investigated the site and it appears that the drainage is coming down the road where there is no curb or significant apron lip and is entering the driveway. Please install curbing and new driveway apron with a lip to prevent water entering the property.

This is still an issue, as it has been for many, many years. Now, not only is there water runoff, but there is also sediment that piles up in the street in front of my yard and mailbox and also runs across my driveway and piles up elsewhere in my yard. I have to occasionally dig out the street and my yard to keep street drainage from flowing across my yard.
I have spoken to the Town Engineer several times, please let me know how to proceed at this point.

This drainage issue has been occuring for a long time, and is still occurring.
