In the past 6 months, a steady stream of water has begun near Sunderland Dr and possibly other surrounding areas. The water streams down Elko Dr. and is very heavy when it rains. We have already had the county come and fix a hole in the pavement near our driveway. Now, the issue may be under our house. Our sump pump is working every few minutes, even when it is not raining. Our neighbors say it may be from a nearby spring. I am curious to know if something has changed with the local drainage. Please let me know your thoughts when you can. Thanks!
