Mr. Waites is renting out his triplex nightly, weekly and does not care about the rules of the Sarasota Beach RSF rules and regulations. Code Enforcement MUST follow through and take him in front of the Commission. He sends disturbing messages to neighbors and wants to disrupt our peaceful neighborhood. If he can't afford to have this property and operate it under the laws of the RSF guidelines, Mr. Waites should move on. His "home" is an eyesore for all. We do not know who is coming and going and it is a safety issue as well. Please Sarasota County, start setting FINES to him immediately and make him accountable.

I wish I could put my name on this complaint, but he sends threatening messages and we do not want to be involved in that communication as others have unfortunately have.
