also asked...
Q. What is your area of concern?
A. No Traffic Signal - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The crosswalk markings for the bike trail crossing 11th at Nicholson are ineffective. The markings are on a raised hump and arent very visible to drivers. I have seen very few drivers so to allow pedestrians to cross. I have stopped but the three other lanes haven't so it creates a confusing situation for pedestrians and an unsafe condition for any driver who actually stops. Expecting 4 lanes of traffic to yield to a pedestrian is unrealistic. This crosswalk should have pedestrian controlled stopping signal.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 4pm-7pm
Q. What direction were you traveling?
A. All
