These properties continue to be a problem. The trash is consistently a problem. There is too much trash being generated fron these properties. There is litter everywhere on the alley side. The gutters continue to grow plants. Also, there is not enough parking for the people living in these houses. According to the tenants, there is still a pest problem. The landlord is a slumlord.
