Description

This does NOT concern the part of Hermitage Ave between Korean Veterans Blvd and Lindsley Ave (since they have all been replaced with newer lane control lights). This DOES the part between Fairfield Ave and Fesslers Ln.

The lane control lights, most especially the lights for the middle lane, need fixing. I see a lot of them inoperative, save for one or two during certain times of the day. It has created situations of near-misses during rush hours, and people have used the lane when you would expect it to be disallowed.
