Description

Windows busted out, no gas and electric, no running water, children living under these unsafe conditions. Yard is full of trash and junk. House is falling apart and the structure is unsafe. How did the kids eat, bath, and do they go to school, This is putting these children in harm's way and needs to be addressed immediately.
