Inoperable boat on trailer belonging to 104 Elm Ave. owner is parked partially driveway belonging to 102 Elm Ave. The boat/trailer has not moved in at least 5 years.

A court hearing is tentatively scheduled for Nov 11th 2021. The County will pursue fines and a order requiring abatement of any remaining zoning violations.

You're welcome. Just to clarify, Zoning Enforcement is pursuing a zoning violation for outside storage of unregistered vehicles. The parking/property line dispute is private civil matter. If you have additional questions please contact inspector Melissa Avenius by calling 410-222-4895.

Good morning,
Before the original April hearing the owners requested a postponement which was granted by the court. The case for the unregistered vehicles will now be heard in court on 10/6/2022. Inspections of the violations on the property continue to be conducted.

The case was heard in court on 12/1/2022. The owner was given 2 months to have the vehicles removed, parked in a garage or tagged, including the boat, jet skis, and trailers. He agreed. There will be a reinspection after 2/1/2023.

Good Afternoon, I noticed some of the trailers and jet skis were moved but I thought it would be important to share that the owner moved these to the driveway and yard of 100 Elm Ave which is currently a vacant home.

Good Morning, looking for an update to this case. The boat and trailer are still in the driveway. The owner of the house is trespassing onto my drive way to unload junk from his yard because he can't access his own driveway.

In August, a legal referral for abatement and contempt was sent to the Office of Law. Since the appearance of new unregistered vehicles are not part of the original court order, a Violation Notice is being sent for those unregistered vehicles.
