Right now the case, Z-2020-431-MAA, is at the Office of Law being prepared as an injunction for the unregistered vehicles which include the watercrafts.
Thank you.

Before the original April hearing the owners requested a postponement which was granted by the court. The case for the unregistered vehicles will now be heard in court on 10/6/2022. Inspections of the violations on the property continue to be conducted.

In August, a legal referral for abatement and contempt was sent to the Office of Law. Since the appearance of new unregistered vehicles are not part of the original court order, a Violation Notice is being sent for those unregistered vehicles.
Thank you.
